Review your rental property, rate your landlord, find reviewed properties and local information.
HOW TO RATE PROPERTY
1. Register
Click the "Register" button in the top right hand corner.
All you need is a username, password, email, property address & tenancy dates.
3. Rate property
Answer multiple choice questions and leave optional comments and images - Rating is generated automatically based on your answers
4. Get rating
Your rating is added and now others can see it - your comments and images will be visible to others after moderation
HOW TO SEARCH
FOR EXISTING RATINGS
1. Enter Property Address
Enter the property address in the search box located at the top of the home page
2. Search
Click "Get Property Rating". If no ratings are found for your property you have an option to "Register" and enter a rating. You can also see ratings near your property sorted by distance.
HOW TO FIND CRIME/SCHOOLS/AREA INFORMATION
1. Enter Property Address
Enter the property address in the search box located at the top of the home page. Then click "Get Property Rating".
2. Find Local Information
Click the relevant icon (crime, schools or demographics) in the "Area related information section".
