Be Specific – Don’t just complain; describe specific things that support your answers to questions in the rating process. For example, if you have answered you had a water leak – describe where it was.
No Personal Identification – We don’t allow reviews with names, phone numbers, email or other contact details, so please avoid using it.
Add Photos – Add photos which support your answers to questions in the rating process. If you answered there was mould, a photo would be a good addition to that. If you are a Landlord and have fixed the issue then a photo of the area or a certificate goes a long way to prove it.
