3 Promotion open from 00:00, 15th of July 2016 until 23:59, 31 December 2016 or when 200 prizes have been awarded, whichever comes first.
4 Only one entry per person. Only one entry per tenancy (for joint tenancies, only the first rating will qualify).
5 To enter, complete these steps:
a. Register on our site at asktenants.co.uk/register/ with Promo code AMAZON5 OR FREEPACK
b. Verify your email address by following the instructions in the registration email we send you (check your spam / junk folder).
c. Post a review on our site for a UK property that you have lived in at any time since 1 January 2012 as a private tenant named on the tenancy agreement.
6 The Promoter may require proof of eligibility to enter the promotion and a copy of the tenancy agreement for the rated property.
7 The Promoter will not be liable for any entries not received, incomplete, delayed. Proof of sending is not proof of delivery. Last date for receipt of entries is 23.59, 31st December 2016, but the promotion may close earlier if 200 prizes have been awarded before then. Early closure will be notified on the registration page of our website.
8 Subject to the above, the first 200 valid entries received during the promotion period will win a £5 Amazon e-gift card. For tenants who rated with promo code FREEPACK, additional reports/statistics mentioned on the offer will be emailed to registered email address within 7 working days of claiming the offer. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.
9 Winners will be notified, and their prize delivered, by email (to the address they provided when registering) within 14 days of their qualifying rating having been verified. The Promoter will not be liable if you do not receive the e-gift card provided it has been sent to the registered email address.
10 If you are the winner of a prize, you will be required to provide your name and town / county of residence before being sent your prize. You agree that the Promoter may use your name and town or county of residence to announce the winners of this promotion. A list of winners’ names and town / county of residence will be available from 1st January 2017. 11 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control.
12 By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
13 Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of administering this promotion and as set out in our privacy policy. By entering the promotion, the winners each consent to any publicity generated as a result of the draw and use on websites, magazines or web, social media or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.
14 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
