Jeremy Corbyn supports:
a “longer tenancies”….currently at 6 months.
b “private landlord registration”..currently does not exist in England
c “rent regulation”…currently does not exist.
d “private rents linked to average LOCAL earnings”…..really.. how will Chelsea/Kensington look like?
On paper looks promising for private tenants. Thoughts anyone?
